Listowel Emmetts Win Division 1 Under 12s

Congratulations to Listowel Emmets Ladies on winning the Division 1 U12 North Kerry League Final yesterday in Frank Sheehy Park, Listowel. Listowel won narrowly beating last years winners, Abbeydorney on a scoreline of 1-7 to 1-6.
It was a highly competitive game throughout with both teams showcasing superb football skills. A wonderful display of respect was shown just before throw in with a minutes silence to remember the late Aoibheann Duffy who was a member of the Abbeydorney U12 team and Peter Carr who passed away suddenly last week.
Both teams were a credit to their parents, clubs and coaches.
